Processing Time

Thank you for supporting Grandma’s Blessing. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand what to expect after placing your order.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via USPS. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping Conditions & Responsibility

We take great care in packaging your order and label all items as fragile. However, once your order has been handed over to USPS, Grandma’s Blessing is not responsible for the condition or handling of the package, including:

Damage during transit
Delays due to USPS or weather
Spoilage or melting of sea moss gel and herbal products due to heat or temperature exposure
Extended delivery times

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS confirms delivery, Grandma’s Blessing is no longer responsible for the package. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
