At Grandma’s Blessing, we handcraft each product with care and use only natural, perishable ingredients. Because of this and for sanitary and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We carefully pack and label all orders as fragile. However, once your package is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for:

• Damaged or broken items

• Delays in transit

• Spoiled or overheated products (including sea moss gel or herbal remedies affected by temperature)

We do not issue refunds for any of the above shipping-related issues.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error and cannot offer refunds for orders lost or delayed because of incorrect information.
